    The price for the USD$1.5M CNote conversion price is the LESSER of 92% of the 5 day VWAP  prior to conversion or 140% of the average of the daily VWAPs per share during the 20 trading days prior to 2nd March 2016.

    and that they got US$1.78M worth of CN's for the US$1.5M  (plus commitment shares and options)
