Hi AT. Well I am not meaning to be hard on Bergan, just trying to ensure record is straight and people realise that:
1. $1.5M is not $1.5M - so get real when talking about it... $1.5M in $1.78M out
2. You have to look very carefully at announcements from old ADO management. Too early to tell if new guys are better.
3. All speculation on Bregan selling/shorting/manupulation may be over cooked as they don't actually have the shares until the CN converted which would immediately result in a 3B filing.

After the $1.2M screwup by ADO management on the Canadian CN deal, hope the Bergan one is at least fair for the shareholders. But not really enough information forthcoming to be sure.

Some proper disclosure on figures, funding and prospects would be a nice change.
