It almost always results in huge further losses for shareholders and i wonder why a shareholder vote isnt needed.
Endless issues of more and more shares that are immediately dumped on the market as they can issue shares at a lower and lower price as the shareprice falls lower and lower into oblivion and the only winner it seems is Bergen.Thanks a lot management, in my opinion you have done us all a favor.Not. ducks
