Steve , you state that auz got money quickly - that implies that they didn't see the need to raise money until recently and by extension implies mgt don't know their finances well enough and all of a sudden said shit we need money quick. I highly doubt that. they would have been contemplating the need to raise money for months. on that basis it's a concern they couldn't get a better deal from the market or importantly SKI who are meant to be assisting with financing. some cobalt companies pre sell offtake. why didn't auz ? or they could have raised equity via a private placement. I would be asking mgt the rationale for issuing $8m in con notes that are damagIng to a share prIce and very dilutive when no ex price is fixed
