Your trying to sell a car for 10k.

You have 3 tyre kickers come out and look at it.

One says ok I'll give you 10 grand for it.

You accept. One proviso they have to arrange finance and a vehicle inspection before they pay you.

Also, that buyer knows you have 2 other interested parties.

Weeks go past. No phone call from the buyer.

Meanwhile you need the cash to put down as a deposit on your new car.

One of the other 2 buyers calls you and says hey still got that car for sale... you reply YES.

The buyer says still want 10 grand for it. You say yes.

Second buyer says ok I'll give you 9,500 cash and I can come and pay you for it today RIGHT NOW.

But you already signed a deal with buyer 1 who has been stalling but gave no deposit.

What would you do?

There's your answer.

If there is a signed deal... Where is it? Who has seen it?

Before you tell me VM is not a car... don't bother... I know the difference. Just think about it.
