Apparently that refers to their IP rights for the manufacture only - the IP rights and patents for Artimist belong to Proto Pharma and Calvin
Nothing to worry about - I think the Berlin Pharma thing will work it's way through now to a resolution especially as they protagonists are now really taken out of the picture
Dermot has responded to my emails and it would appear that things may simmer for a little while as they line up the ducks - whilst that may not help the share price in the short term I am very happy to wait
