The age of consent in Italy is 14.....and 13 where the age difference between participants is no more than 3 years.
Prostitution is legal in Italy....and "Ruby the Heart Stealer" was hardly an innocent schoolgirl. Saw a picture of her in "working gear"....a VERY mature, pneumatic, well built young lady at 17.
Neither admitted having sex, or that sex was paid for.
