I will watch with interest on how good the independent valuer arrives at a fair price....it could be a brave person who takes this role on....ie to be anything other than fair and reasonable could leave valuer with a reputation which will stick for a long time.
Again it will be a brave person /valuer with many knowledgeable eyes watching for his bottom line....GLTAH
