i think that you will find that Landau does not have to attend the GM in person. All done via phone/computers nowdays. Most likely Bermuda lawyers (Conyers Dill & Pearman) conduct the meeting in their offices. Other companies listed in Bermuda do the same. This way they save on expenses.

In my opinion the reason for providing for additional share issue capacity is to prepare for new ventures. Once the BFS and JV is announced NKP and sp hits $1 they will give details of the work being done behind the scene. Landau has indicated new prospects on Minesite interview recently.

Its all looking very positive for NKP's future. Various platinum income streams( projects) will materialize. Xstrata will definitely sign up any day.
