To continue on - the announcement from CVI on April 6th 2009 showed the renewal of some of the Fortitude leases.
It is my understanding that the leases that are in bold were only renewed for 12 months, therefore expired last Saturday...March 6th. With NO work conducted on them, my guess is that Fortitude will most likely lose these licences, having been delisted as per the first post in thread?
This also needs to be pursued and followed up.
Await more information and action from ASIC and ASX.
