    you have to take in to account him talking about interest rates etc which will probably be the main gist of it all as far as actual QE the general consensus is that itself wont happen

    but doubtful he'll actually let the markets down as such

    id hunt online how it affects forex no idea how that works but of course in effect affects the markets
