I went long SPI at 4831 for 20 contracts. Not a bad move imo. Will open at 4900+ imo.
That 'rumour' has a lot of legs in it. To many high profile exec's and senators implicated.
IMO, FED will inform the market that they are providing access to discount window "if needed" (thus not saying they are in need to capital now; thus not rebuking the "no need for capital " calls on friday) BEFORE MARKET OPENS.
Weekend = Deal-Making = PPT to the rescue
