    I understand Atlas has berth access for 9 million tons at Utah from approximately October & plans on exporting 12 million tons in 2012.FMG is apparently unable to supply access from its port, so can anyone explain how they can export any more tonnage. NWIOA berths will not be available to 2013.
    Puzzled.
