    Firstly, I think Bertus is a smart fellow, it's possible the approx. 160 c estimate was under estimated to make the results look better. Either way I am happy!

    Secondly why is everyone talking about a JV partner. I know it must be coming shortly but is there any concrete evidence as of yet?
