Although Santa Barbara has taken Besalco to court re not meeting the contract production target , ADY Investor Relations recently indicated that the contract did not specify iron ore fines output that had to be achieved.Therefore the contract can be interpreted as the quantity of ore processed rather than iron ore fines output.
Conclusion.... do not count on the $83m.
Contrary to Phil's bullish announcements ADY HO has confirmed that the case may not be successful.
I am unsure about the Santa Fe "agreement" as there may not have been a contract and I do not think it has progressed to court anyway.No announcements to say it has.
