I don't think any of us will know except the managements. However: (only for the existing shareholders)
1. If ADY in receivership then I guess each share may worth 1-2c like present. Can't be worst than 1.3c
2. If they can get 100% of Vallenar and fund from the sale of Rincon then it is a different story.
3. May be another solution but I could not think of.
