I don't think ADY will pay Belsaco invoices if they get fund from the sale of Rincon. The ann just confirmed Belsaco still own ADY $83m, so why should ADY pay for the invoices if they get fund by tomorrow. I think the timing of the ann has been planned not by accident.
Don't forget ADY still wants to get the remain 40% of Vallenar, thus in my opinion (I could be wrong), they knew they could not win the court but just delay until Feb to get the remain 40% of Vallenar. With the funding from Rincon, and if ADY own 100% ADY may be able to produce over 1mt/y by itself instead of asking Belsaco, which has already a war between them.
