I located the full Bescreened report that your charts below are taken from. It details the results of their little clinical trial of 110 people, 45 of whom were known to already have CRC.

The report lists the 3 bio markers they use, surprisingly one of them is CEA. CEA is a widely used blood biomarker used to check how cancer patients are responding to treatment, or for relapse. CEA does not differentiate between different cancer types, it's a general tumour marker. It's not recommended for use as a screening test because it's not considered reliable for that purpose.

The last graph is interesting, it appears to show that Bescreened were able to positively identify all 45 patients in their study who were known to already have CRC... using CEA which tests for cancer generally.
