The differences between FIT and FOBT are minimal. FIT is actually more accurate because it detects blood in intestine only while FOBT may pick up blood from the stomach.
Rhythm's Study 7 showed that Colostat is 35% more effective that FIT at detecting cancer. 989 participants underwent FIT, Colostat, and colonoscopy tests.
Large International company Sonic Healthcare conducted the clinical trial, I feel sure they wouldn't 'fudge' the results.
