I'd personally pay $100 at the doctors for a simple blood test that avoids me having to put poo in my fridge etc. By the time I'm 50, it might actually be 'free' too.

FIT is only free in Australia biannually for over 50's. There are increasing cases of colorectal cancer in the 40-50 year age group globally.

My mistake, CSIRO own 2 mil shares and will receive a 2% royalty on profits. They also aim to save lives with their science.

Colostat has Sensitivity of 81% and Specificity of 91%. FIT has erratic specificity/sensitivity due to only detecting blood in stool. It's definitely a lot lower than Colostat, I have no reason to question the 35% put forward, and would still be happy if it were only 25%

Please do the maths on the percentages. Stage 1 must be high to achieve 81/91% overall, as I've pointed out in previous posts.

I'm sure Rhythm won't stop selling once they reach their budgeted number of tests...

Always happy to defend an impressive invention, I even go so far as to invest in it.
