besides shorting what else is happening?

Ok .I know they are shorting and I know M&G are selling into the market.
Will they keep going?
Who are the shares going to?

WM told us that institutions own 70% of the company and they want the rest.
So have they dragged everyday shareholders into selling?
WHO is buying.
Individuals ? Institutions?

Do institutions (may have the terminology wrong again sorry) buy for themselves or buy themselves and sell to others or buy for others and say its for themselves.
I only ask because I think back to SFR where one day OZL had no shares and the next day they had the 19.9% or whatever it is to have a go at them.
I know it is only a fleeting thought in my head but I always thought it was sneaky of OZL to do that.
It didnt work of course and just cost them cash but I dont think they or any other miners that want (need )to expand
can afford to keep sitting on their hands.
Buddy your an expert on OZL.What are they up to?
Anyway if WM says dont sell no body is getting mine.
