If you bothered to listen to the full extent of what the Prime Minister said, its quite clear what her intentions were and that she clearly did not lie.

You would note that its not actually a tax that we have, the brain dead gutter media have deseminated this lie, the polluters are charged a price for their co2 pollutions. Clearly not a tax.
