During the Global Financial Crisis the Labor Federal Government panicked, and as result, left this country with a huge and rising Deficit. And without the surplus passed into it by the previous Liberal Government the situation could have been very dangerous indeed.

The Rudd lead Labor Government did not have a fiscal clue as to the proper and prudent fiscal handling of the GFC, and this was the beginning of his downward slide to the fiscal cellar. Remember all those people who still received cheques from the Government, even though they were travelling overseas? Even a fiscal dimwit could see that people receiving cheques whilst overseas, would not assist the recovery of a Domestic economy.
