can the eld (some or all) tax losses pass with the rural services unit or does a buyer have to also take on the forests mess & the uncertainty re the eldpa.
what conditions/hoops must be jumped tp transfer the tax losses - can their be subsidiary companies which are no way affected by contingent liabilities from the residual eld
hold eld indirectly thru shares in rhl
