I realise TEE is down a bit today, but the latest announcement at least shows a bit of strategic thinking on TEE's part. I'm not expecting it to shoot up any time soon, but maybe it's the start of possibilities for TEE. They are good technically - their technology I mean - but are hopeless commercially, maybe they now have an opportunity to prove themselves.

I don't expect their cap raising will cause too much heartache for the sp either - after all, they're scraping the bottom of the barrel anyway. Still a major punt, but looking decidedly better IMOO.
