does anyone know how much the share price can go down before a warrant expires before it's expiry date?

I am looking at mmlkol and I have never done this before.
The current bid price is 7.7c.
Exercise price is 41c

Im thinking wait and see if the share price goes lower than 40c and then maybe hit the warrants from the bottom. The problem is I havent started studying derivatives yet and I have a few questions.

The point is to wait for the share price to go well above the exercise price. So if the share price hits $1.10 then the profit is $1.10 subtracted by 41c =61c. Now if that happens and I want to exercise the right do I have to buy all of them or can I just pass it onto someone who might be able to afford the entire parcel.
