No more talk of what has happened, absolutely none....It has to be a "what can we do
to give us a chance to recoup our losses".....

First hurdle and the only one really is to convince MIN to agree to a DOCA...

Get over that hurdle and formulate a rescue plan with an agreed time frame for
implementation and absolute full disclosure of intents and resultant progress as
it happens....no secrets...

A conciliatory approach is the only way IMO...
