That is because there are 474m shares + on restriction for 24 months. Of the 643m shares, only 150m are available for anyone interested. So the MC in some sense a bit misleading.
This stock is hot and apart from the fundamentals, anyone wanting to take a large position has to pay up. Interestingly, the volumes traded of under 80m in total since the listing suggests that most of the instos are holding onto their positions from the IPO. This is a great sign.
