Deakin university seem to have been working on bnnt and the battery tech for a decade or even more.
Ppk has been working for the last 3 years to commercialise bnnt and the lis battery with Deakin.
LIS has been in the making for a long time, I am assuming they would not have got to this point if they didn't know the battery had some commercial use and suitability
Deakin are focused on a round economy, while I don't know the detail of recycling, assume Deakin have thought this through
