Rivkin quoted me around $1000-1500 per contract to sell naked calls, as per asx min requirements. I used rio sep 33 call at .84 as an example.That sounds good, SD. Funny thing is, margins dont change much to sell a tls call at .09 or ncp at 1.60.
The margins are also reduced by about 50% for atm straddles and other more nuetral strategies.
Margins are reassessed daily by the asx depending on what the stock does.
Took me about 5 mins to get thru to the options desk, tho. Do they only have the one girl on options?
