Can anyone suggest the names of local brokers who welcome people holding US gold & silver stocks as part of their general share portfolio. I will shortly have to transfer all my us preciouss metal stocks to an Australian jurisdiction or sell them at current market prices which would be like selling NCM at ten bucks. I do have an ordinary portfolio but broker is anti gold & dislikes handling US stocks. I thought there might be an easy way to transfer my stocks to Oz or that one of the phone based internet brokers would be amenable or more friendly. Thanks in advance. Tightening of gold holding laws in US matches similar changes in France , Germany etc. and an indication bottom is near if "they" are making it more difficult for ordinary folks to hold pm's.
