IMO,if receivers sell assets or company at cheap price without reasonable effort,it maybe is against due diligence obligation.
And what makes you think that the receivers will do that? They are working for the banks and will want to show them that they have achieved the best outcome possible. Result: they get appointed to their next receivership - that of 'Punishment Products' - where you get to severely regret your purchase.
