    According to the Centro announcement of 17/12/07 the CER debt was $1.9B due within 12 months plus $3.7b in longer term debt.

    The total debt therefore being $5.6b not the $1.5b in your post.

    Check that announcement to see the total Centro debt and which entity has what portion of the debt.
