Shorts is around 13% increasing since last week or so. Currently in top 8 of most shorted stocks.

As I've mentioned in my previous post, each day of delay of the investigation is putting a higher risk of not-so-good outcome. If SGH is clean, the investigation would have concluded back in July 2015.

Also the shorts are from hedge funds and they have a lot of inside knowledge and an edge. They wouldn't keep on shorting if they are not confidence about the outcome. It's a risk and rewards balance.
