open a pershing account all the large stock broekrs off access to international stocks, Commsec provides the service I have been trading all over the world for years, the only disadvantage is fees (usually $250.00 a trade, and the trades are done on the US Pinksheets, this is a trading exchange where brokers from the US trade with brokers in your target country, they buy the stock on your behalf from that broker who then transfers the stock through the US broker
