if we're going to raise equity in this way, i think you'd want to partner with a phara (a company that could produce and/or distribute the drug).
i really can't stomach pumping more money into this, but i'm not sure this team can pull off a deal. but who know? that have to get something right at some stage.
such a deal would arrest the sp slide and start to take us forward.
