Further on in regard to "N" they say "current delineated resources on the farm would represent approximately 7% of total resources held by NKWE prior to the Constitutional Court decision(not taking into account the ability of Nkwe to potentially obtain a 50% interest in the farm); and"
So I read it as saying they expect the Nooitverwacht rights to be split 50/50 between Bengwenyama Minerals & NKWE's application partner, therefore effectively giving NKWE 50% of the rights to "N" and the full rights to "E".
How is all this going to affect the shares provided Genorah for the rights in the first place?
