I have a lot of faith in the Lowys and their plans. I do also see more upside in their international assets. Id prefer to see their cash used to take advantage of the poor international property markets as opposed to having a tilt at some of Centros properties, which would be way overvalued. I think they are predicting a correction in the aussie market and are now trying to protect their balance sheet.
