Management has nothing to lose they are paid well, and have recently had pay rises, they are allocated large amounts of options and the will continue to be paid their salary for several years. They also have the opportunity of making tens or hundreds of millions of dollars
Therefore it’s not unreasonable to ask they preform professionally
