Fresh Dunite has an SG of about 3, since its mineralised & sulphide rich I'll go 3.2
So the hill = 60 to 65 million tonnes @ 0.24% Ni = 150,000 tonnes contained Nickel @ A$18,000/tonne = A$ 2.7bn
If the truth machine samples average 1g/t PGE = 2.0 million ounces of contained PGE @ A$1,600/oz = A$ 3.2bn
Approx in-ground value of the hill = A$ 6bn.
