Current board is ineffective as their role is only to meet legistaive requirements, not the effective operation of a company. Allchurch is the key, I hope he can justified his actions in giving himself a couple of payrises without having to deliver the goods.
Ultimately it is the bottomline, everyone wants a return from their investment. Since the capital raising, MAN's share price has declined by 80%, which is not a good look for Allchurch. He must have been so adament that he has something going at Newleyline for the payrises, putting off drilling in Belinka Creek and raising $12 million at 20c each. It must have been a convincing story for institutions coming in an even over subscribing. Let's hope his results justified his deeds.
