Hi jazzad68, i have been using paritech pulse for nearly 10 years now, and I would say that it is a pretty decent software and I am very very happy with it.
Nice simple design, un cluttered layouts and the charting is very good, they even do intra day charts going back 6months.
At this stage they dont show chi-x data but could possibly implement it in the future. Customer service is also very good if there are any issues they are very quick to help.
I also have metastock which I have had for nearly 10 years and I think they are the most popular charting software going around.
For free charting there is bigcharts.com incrediblecharts.com, finviz.com. I use Finviz.com they are free and show good info on overseas markets.
