    I would use a moving average on a weekly chart if you want to trade medium term you will have to experiment with timeframes

    MND was such a good example came within 20c of the weekly ma ..it was the signal to bail out on the bounce from 8's to $13 ..ironic how even something stupid can get the price within an inch of an ma .. I always reduce it by around 20c -40c or so with blue chips BHP did exactly the same recently

    The specs all hit weekly ma if they get irrational exuberance

    Use an oversold on daily to get a good buy position with all the usual ta .. The weekly ma will take the noise out if overbought on the daily if you have that patience

    So many ways to do it really though
