Have a look at the Notice of General Meeting/Proxy Form to find the names James Thompson and Sonja Newman Heath mentioned. Plenty of information on ASX documents from my research. They've been involved in consulting resources companies, and they're substantial shareholders in a gas and oil exploration company.

The most pertinent find was with Ardinen Limited, which is involved with lithium exploration in Ontario too. Mr Thompson resigned in Feb 2016 after a 3-4 year stint on the board. Seems to me he's jumped ship for cobalt. 100M shares + options as payment? Sounds like they've got real skin in the game.
