    you dont want comfort food...you want brain food

    in order to determine if you are being duped or not

    try these foods for your brain...
    spinach, avocados, blueberries, and fish for starters


    I just made some tuna and spinach patties...
    with you guessed it my 3 cheese sauce...and lemon juice drizzled over....yum

    also good for you with a couple of glasses of water, drink water first, not after the eating..
    and after a big night out...try it, see how your brain is so much clearer

    drinking water also makes your stomach feel fuller, and then you eat less, to feel satisfied

    maybe try the blueberries, with a light yoghurt for brekky , to start the day ...
    you should eat the brain foods before you need your brain in the best working order...
    I dont know how long it takes these brain foods to work....
    but a long term program, has to be a good start
