Tis a wise man who learns from his mistakes and a WISER man who learns from other peoples mistakes.
I have a family business that has been running since 1954 and have never experienced such crap in trying to refinance for the last 2 years with the big four.
We have been told that there debt analysis on our busines is no good. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH!. We have never missed a payment in fact we are in front but we are still considered a high risk customer even though we are only 65% geared.
I am now fed up with the four majors and would like some recommendations as I have other freinds in good business who want to move away from the big four.
I am sure there are other ways to get fair finance and hope some on this site know and would like to share.
