You asked if they will have sufficient funds to recoup in event they are found guilty.

look at it this way,

They have sold their EGO shares

They own houses, cars, properties, They will need to sell the lot on the call of a court order.

How many years did they rake in BIG $$$$$s as directors.

Maybe sell the ANTIQUES too.

They have got the FUNDS to defend themselves and pay the required $$$$$s I am sure.

Now if they DROP the Eddy and Darren defam cases they will have more $$$$s to defend themselves.
