I know you were - but you also started a thread to talk about how great the return was, and hypothetically that you could borrow money and make a killing on the dividend. All I was trying to point out is that it isn't that easy, and that timing is everything. Whilst the dividend (net, not yield) should/will remain relatively stable (or even grow), the share price in the market is set day-to-day so capital retention may be a bit harder.

That said, there are plenty (me included) who bought in well below $10 - and at the time it had moments of looking silly (I bought some at a little over $5 as the dividend was too good to refuse - then they subsequently dropped to $3.80-ish from memory). Doesn't look silly now obviously, but that is the market for you, it may make me look like an oracle or a fool into the future - who knows!
