OUTSTANDING HIGH GRADE DRILL INTERSECTIONS

NORTH AVEBURY 48M @ 1.7% Ni

Allegiance Mining NL (ASX: AGM ) is overwhelmed and pleased to announce its best ever drilling result from North Avebury. Chairman Tony Howland-Rose commented “This is one of the best holes drilled at Avebury and one of the best holes I have seen in over 37 years of nickel exploration! “

Two long intersections of nickel mineralisation have been intersected in the North Avebury Deposit including a massive true width intersection of 48m at 1.7% Ni from drillhole A091. The hole was consistently mineralised throughout the intercept with numerous metre samples ranging between 1.0 and 2.5% Ni.

Drillhole A090 intersected a downhole intercept of 37m at 1.1% Ni (28m true width) including three higher grade zones of 5m at 2.1% Ni, 4m at 1.9% Ni and 3m at 3.1% Ni.

These intersections further demonstrate the potential of the district to host additional Avebury Style mineralisation. “and now with these recent drilling results it looks like the best is yet to come” added Tony Howland-Rose.

Allegiance is progressing its Bankable Feasibility and hopes to have final Government approvals very shortly.
