The top 20 FPO distribution will also confirm, with Top 20 holding 41.1m shares or 61.1% of the company.
Cott originally had 35.3m shares on issue and allowed for a maximum of another 40m during the float.

I cannot find any mentioned of shares in escrow (doesn't mean it doesn't exist!)
